Cancellation

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask you to please give us 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are not able to give us notice you are responsible for a minimum of 50% charge of the missed service, depending of the service. Please double check with your artist of their policy it might slightly differ.

Amendment

Our goal for every service provided is to make all clients feel 100% confident and beautiful after their appointment and to leave knowing they received an amazing service. If you are not pleased with your service please contact us within 3 days to receive a correction.

Children

Please refrain from bringing any children under the age of 12 with you to your appointment. We adore all the babies and kiddos you have but we must maintain the safety of our space. Thank you for understanding.
